Enabling notifications for CDD events
- Log into FinClusive.Com
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the arrow next to your name and select notifications.
- Click the blue plus sign that says Add Notifications
- Complete the required fields.
- Title - What you want to name this notification setup.
- Channel - Do you want to receive the alerts via email or webhook.
- Name - Recipients Name
- Email Address or Webhook URL - address alerts should be sent.
- You may add multiple receipts to the alert's setup. To do so, click add recipient.
- Enable the alerts you wish to receive.
- Compliance Alerts
- CDD External Status Change
- Alert triggered when the status changes for a CDD check for an entity/individual or significant party.
- This alert notifies you when results have been ordered, in progress, or received for your CDD check.
- Alert triggered when the status changes for a CDD check for an entity/individual or significant party.
- CDD Internal Status Change
- Alert triggered when the status changes on the CDD view results page to accept or reject an entity or significant party.
- This alert notifies you that the record for the entity/Individual or significant party has been approved/rejected/ or another status.
- Alert triggered when the status changes on the CDD view results page to accept or reject an entity or significant party.
- Client Compliance Status Change
- Alert triggered when the overall client status changes.
- This action notifies you when the overall client record has a status change. The record may encompass multiple records that were ordered at the same time.
- Alert triggered when the overall client status changes.
- CDD External Status Change
- EDD Service Alerts
- EDD Analyst Assigned
- Notifies you when an EDD analyst has been assigned.
- EDD Analyst Completed
- Notifies you when the EDD analyst has completed their work on the report and sent for final review.
- EDD Component Completed -
- Notifies you when an Individual element of the EDD report is completed.
- EDD Report Completed
- Notifies you when an EDD report is completed and ready for customer review.
- EDD Report Full Revalidation Triggered
- Notifies you when the scheduled time has passed, and a revalidation report has been ordered.
- If you do not want a report that has been triggered, email support@FinClusive.com

- EDD Report in Progress
- Notifies you when an EDD report is in progress by the analyst.
- EDD Report Ongoing Monitoring Triggered
- Notifies you when an ongoing monitoring report has been triggered.
- EDD Report Ordered
- Notifies you when a new EDD report has been ordered for one of your clients.
- EDD Analyst Assigned
- Compliance Alerts
- Click Save
The new rule will appear in the notification's summary page.
Modifying notifications for CDD events
- Log into FinClusive.Com
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the arrow next to your name and select notifications.
- Click on the rule you want to change.
- Update the settings.
- Click save.
Deleting a notification setup
- Log into FinClusive.Com
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the arrow next to your name and select notifications.
- Locate the rule you want to delete.
- Click the blue Delete word.
- Review the confirmation screen and click delete.
Note, if you want to delete one recipient of the notifications, do this through the modifying process outlined above.
