How to add/manage a sub account on FinClusive Gateway

Learn how to add and manage FinClusive Gateway sub accounts to your client profile.

Add a Sub Account

1.       Navigate to the “Client Sub Accounts” tab on the left side of the User Portal

2.       Select “Add Client Account” on the right side of the User Portal

a.      Select the Account Type you would like to associate the Sub Account with

b.      Select the Name on Account, which can only be added from clients Accepted by compliance.

c.      Give your account a Display Name

d.      To link a Stellar Wallet with your Sub Account, input your Stellar WalletID

3.       Once all your Sub Account information has been added, select “Save” at the bottom of the User Portal to save your Sub Account

 

Manage a Sub Account

1.       Navigate to the “Client Sub Accounts” tab on the left side of the User Portal

2.       Select the Sub Account you would like to manage from the list 

a.      You can use the search bar to find the Sub Account faster

3.       Once you have found and selected the Sub Account in question, select the three dots on the right side of the User Portal, then select “View Client”

a.      This will bring you to the Client Profile within the Compliance section of the User Portal
