Add a Counterparty

1.       Navigate to the “Counter Parties” tab on the left side of the User Portal

2.       Select “Add Counter Party” on the right side of the User Portal

a.      Select whether you want to make Stellar Payments and already know your Counter Party FinClusive ID (FinCID)

b.      If the answer is yes, and you already know your Counter Party FinCID, enter the applicable information.

3.       To setup a new Counter Party that doesn’t have a FinCID already, select “No” and input the applicable information.

4.       Once you have input Name, Email, and Address, add an account for the Counter Party by selecting “Add Account” towards the bottom of the User Portal.

a.      To send multiple different types of payments to one entity, you can adda separate account for each payment type.

5.       Once all your Counter Party and Account information has been added, select “Save” at the bottom of the User Portal to save your Counter Party

 

Manage a Counterparty

1.       Navigate to the “Counter Parties” tab on the left side of the User Portal

2.       Select the Counter Party you would like to manage from the list

a.      You can use the search bar to find the Counter Party faster

3.       Once you have found and selected the Counter Party in question, select the Pencil icon towards the right side of the User Portal

4.       Make any edits you would like to make to the Counter Party, included information changes or account additions

5.       Once all your Counter Party and Account information has been added, select “Save” at the bottom of the User Portal to save your Counter Party
