How to add/manage users on FinClusive platform

Learn the steps to quickly and easily add and manage users on the FinClusive platform.

Adding a new user

·        Log into FinClusive.com

·        Navigate to the upper right corner and click on your name, and then on users

·        Click add user

·        Input required Information and select User Role and then click save

Updating role for an existing user

·        Log into FinClusive.com

·        Navigate to the upper right corner and click on your name, and then on user 

·        Locate user to be updated and click on name

·        Click on pencil icon to be brought to edit page 

·        Select the new role in the drop down next to User Role and click Save.

 

Disable existing user

 

·        Log into FinClusive.com

·        Navigate to the upper right corner and click on your name, and then on users 

·        Locate user to be deactivated and click on name

·        Click on pencil icon to be brought to edit page 

·        Unselect the active role box by clicking the check box and click save.

 

Change Primary Company Contact

·        Log into FinClusive.com

·        Navigate to Company link on left hand tool bar

·        Click on pencil icon next to primary contact

·        Enter required information and click save.
